Sunrace cartridge bottom bracket. Cottered and tapered fittings.

Sunrace make a range of cartridge bottom brackets which fit unusual frames and allow use of cottered cranks with a cartridge bottom bracket. A good option for replacing the bottom bracket on bikes which otherwise would become unusable.

All bottom brackets fit a frame of 68 mm width. The inside diameter of the bottom bracket shell is as shown in the options.

Cottered bottom bracket spindles have a length of 136 mm, cotterless are available in a range of widths. 127 mm is a common length.

The BSA thread is the standard 1.37 inch diameter, 24 tpi - by far the most common threading for threaded bottom brackets.
