Teflon lined woven brake outer cable

Low compression outer cables for bicycle brakes can greatly increase stopping power - especially on bikes where the cable run is indirect. This is often the case on recumbent bikes, trikes and velomobiles. Teflon lining helps your brakes to work more efficiently because less energy is lost the cable itself.

This cable is both woven for increased outer stiffness and lined with teflon. The result: efficient braking.

The price is per 10 cm. i.e. you must order a quantity of 10 in order to receive a metre of cable. This is to allow ordering of odd lengths, which will be cut from the roll for you. If you need to cut the cable yourself, we also sell an appropriate tool.
