Rim tape is applied inside a new rim to protect the inner tube from the spoke nipples (or holes for spoke nipples with double wall rims).
This rim tape is self adhesive fabric. It is designed to be able to withstand pressure over a spoke nipple hole when used with a double walled rim.
Because it comes on a roll, this tape can be cut down to provide the right length for any size of wheel. Enough is supplied per order for a 28" wheel. Please allow a few cm overlap. Note that the width should be selected for what will fit inside the rim, not the overall width of the rim.
Two rolls per pack, enough for two wheels.
For traditional wheels with single walled rims in the 26 or 28 inch size, rubber rim tape is a cheaper alternative.
