This brake lever pulls two brake cables at once, designed to assist people with disabilities to cycle safely. It can also be useful on customized bicycles. Includes parking brake.

Both left and right handed brake levers are available. Either can actually be used on the other side of the bike, but because they'll then be upside down they'll look a bit odd and the parking brake may be difficult to reach. See the additional photos for more details of the appearance of these brake levers.
