Rubber roller for dynamo

These generic rubber rollers fit a wide range of dynamos. The inside diameter is approximately 17 mm. They fit well on the 20 mm diameter steel roller of our Nordlicht dynamos and will also fit on other dynamos with similarly sized steel rollers. They do not fit the AXA HR dynamo.

A correctly set up dynamo shouldn't make a large amount of noise, but a rubber roller can further reduce noise from your dynamo. Increasing the size of the roller, as happens when you fit something like this on top of an existing dynamo roller, results in lower drag from your dynamo at the expense of having to go a little faster before your lights come on.

Note: We do not recommend this roller for the version of the Nordlicht dynamo which came with a rubber roller from the factory. For those dynamos we have the original part which will work better for you. Similar, we also sell the correct replacement rubber for AXA HR dynamos
