Snelbinders are permanently mounted bungies on the back rack of a bicycle. They're very common in the Netherlands, as they're very convenient to have on your bike, so that it is always ready to carry home objects that you'd not originally set out to buy.
Brackets are supplied with the snelbinders so that they can be attached directly to the wheel nuts or quick release which secures the rear wheel. However, these brackets can be unclipped so that the snelbinder can be attached directly to a rack or frame which includes the correct fittings.
We also sell the rubbers without fittings as a spare part.
