AXA Defender (and other wheel lock) mounting kit

These kits are used to mount the AXA Defender lock to a frame which doesn't have fixed nuts for that purpose.

Two different mounting kits are available. Take a look at the "Additional Images" to see them:

Type 1 : Original style with nuts, as shown in main image. A bit fiddly to fit. Two sizes, for 12-14 mm and 16-17 mm. Good for seat stays of most traditionally built bikes. Can be taken off one bike and re-used on another. Works with most, if not all, ring-locks, not just the Defender.

Type 2 : New style as supplied with new locks. Fits a range of different seat stay diameters. Probably cannot be re-used successfully, and because of its shape, unlikely to work with locks other than the Defender.

The type 2 mounting kit is the same as that supplied with the AXA Defender lock.
